However, cleanliness wasn't consistent. I noticed the carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and the doors weren't always locked as advertised, raising concerns about safety. Overall, a decent spot if you're looking for an economical stay, but think about what matters most for your visit.

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed the unclean sink and shower. The fridge was filthy and smelled awful, which ruined my appetite. Despite the beds looking clean, the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired, making for an uncomfortable stay.

The staff truly made our stay enjoyable, their friendliness and

helpfulness were exceptional. The room was updated and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the great water pressure in the shower, although the heater was a bit tricky to operate. Overall, a lovely experience.

The front desk was super helpful when I needed a ground floor room for my visual impairment, really impressed me. I also enjoyed the relaxation options in the lobby, especially the comfy seating and cozy fireplace. The only downside was that the TV reception in my room wasn’t great, but it didn’t ruin my trip! 😊

The staff was very nice, especially when my key didn’t work—they had another key ready for me quickly. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was good, with tasty waffles to enjoy.

The juice machine wasn’t working, and drink options were limited.

It was just a great match for a city holiday in Moorhead with great value-to-price ratio. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating when I needed directions to a local restaurant. Make sure to check the AC before settling in, as it may need some cleaning up.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, with a great location near a train station made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free for our family with children.
